I greatly enjoyed having a mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe in my room. the wake-up service was convenient, and the pleasant views added to the experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel's central location in Kuantan was a definite plus.

i greatly enjoyed the room with breakfast, the bed was comfy. welcoming staff, answered all questions. the breakfast was good, the check in was fast. the property was in the middle of the city. had nice dainties at coastal store, located minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable. It had a favorable location near the city center. The room was reasonably spacious and bright. Breakfast was included. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this property.

The hotel itself was beautiful and had a great location. The room was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.
There was a strong smell coming from the toilet on the ground floor, quite unpleasant. the breakfast options were limited and could be improved.
